Martial Art/Gymnastics

The Saxon Conservatoire teaches martial arts through a structured curriculum for both kids and youth! Following the traditions of Wushu, our teachers guide students through the fundamentals and assure that they build a strong foundation. Classes will begin with conditioning students through stretching, punching, kicking, blocks, hand techniques and jumps. As the classes progress, students will master core techniques and learn more complicated routines/combinations. Along with Wushu we also provide similarly structured classes for Tai Chi and Gymnastics.

The Courses include:

• Kids Wushu Class
• Adult Wushu Class
• Tai-chi Class
• Gymnastics Class

All classes are held on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
